With TeleForm, instead of manually typing in all the information from a paper form, a scanner or fax server converts the paper into an intelligent electronic image. Business rules built into the design of the form are applied to capture the most accurate data. Any corrections are verified by an operator and the data is automatically exported to your database. TeleForm creates a seamless data entry process from document capture and data recognition and export. Electronic Forms
Electronic forms make data collection even easier by completely eliminating the data entry process. TeleForm's eForm Option allows digital inputs side by side with your existing paper forms on the same TeleForm system. People can fill out forms on-line using PDF, HTML and XML web forms and the data is sent as email attachments to TeleForm and can be read and processed using the TeleForm Internet Server without the use of a scanner or fax machine. The flexibility of the eForm Option permits you to reuse the same exact form template created for paper forms processing and simply convert it directly into XML code as a web published form or a fillable PDF form. Your business processing and data cleansing rules embedded to the form template are carried over with no additional programming required to get the form up and running on-line.
